Thank you for shopping with FlexTech. We hope everything is great and suits your needs. If your expectations are not met, you can review the following return policy.




Preserving consumer rights and protecting them while shopping are important matters that must be taken into consideration. If you have a desire to return your order, we are here to help.


In all cases, you must prove payment and purchase through a payment receipt or purchase invoice.




-All the services, codes and keys that we provide are original, official and approved by the manufacturer. In the event that you obtain a digital key that does not work, it will be replaced with another key with the same product. Knowing that this did not happen with us, but in the event that this happens, the digital key will be verified by us. Ensure that there is no defect or tampering with the digital key.




Purchased Game Cards, Game Points or Game Accounts cannot be refunded.



When there is a problem with the details of the order and the customer has been contacted and there is no response from the customer, the order will be suspended for a period of 15 days if the customer is not contacted. On day No. 16, Flex Tech will have the right to transfer the order and not refund any amount to the customer.



The activation key was not delivered (after more than 4 days have passed from the customer’s request, the customer has the right to request a refund).



The key must be used immediately after purchase, a maximum of 2 days. The store is not responsible for the key not working after the specified period has expired.



We only issue refunds if we have not placed your order yet. If your order is on the In-Progress or Delivery list, your order has been placed and therefore we cannot refund your money.

Is it possible to get a refund?



The only circumstance in which you will receive a refund is if we do not deliver your order within four days from the time you first placed your order. This is in case the specified shipping time is less than four days for the product. If the specified delivery time is longer than four days, a refund can be made after the specified time. However, if your order is delivered promptly and completely, we will not refund your payment.

2- If the amount is to be returned to the customer, the payment tax fee will be deducted from the customer as an administrative fee, and the rest of the amount will be returned to the customer, which is 1.5% for Mada card transactions, and 3% + 1 riyal for the transaction for Visa and MasterCard cards.




3 - If payment has been made via bank transfer and it is confirmed that the money has reached our account, the full transfer amount will be returned.


The period for returning the money to the customer’s account in the event of canceling the order is from one to five working days for the bank.








The site reserves the right to change its return or exchange policy permanently or temporarily at any time, as it deems appropriate or necessary, so the consumer must always stay informed of any changes that occur on the site.




Your use of the store means that you have agreed to all our policies, including the return policy, and your dealings with us constitute an electronic signature on that.








We would like to reiterate that purchased Game Cards, Game Points or Game Accounts cannot be refunded.
